Sync with airbnb

Step 1: Finding your ical link

1. Once logged into Klik.villas, go to channels at the top of your dashboard and then select ical calendars from the dropdown menu
   
2. You then need to find the property you are looking for using the search bar
3. Once you have found your property you need to copy and paste the entire link. It is vital that you copy then whole link otherwise it will not work properly
   

Step 2: Syncing it with your listing

1. Once you have logged into airbnb, select host and then You listings from the drop down menu
   
2. Find the required property and select manage listing and calendar
   
3. Click settings on the top right of the screen
   
4. Scroll down in the box that appears on the righthand side of the page until you see a heading at the bottom saying Sync Calendars – make sure you are scrolling inside the box otherwise this heading will not appear
5. Under this heading click Import Calendar
   
6. In the box that then appears paste your ical URL that you copied from Klik.villas, name the calendar ‘Klik’ and select Import Calendar
   
7. Your calendar will then appear with a note saying ‘Last sync a few seconds ago’. This means that your calendar has now been imported and will sync automatically with Klik at regular intervals
